How does it work?

  • It’s really simple & easy! All you need to do is present your room hire rates on our website.
  • When your rates are live, Clients can review your profile, Select a room with rates and request to book.
  • You will then receive an email requesting you to accept or reject the booking.
How do I Present my Rates?

To present your rates live simply Login and follow the below navigation:

My Bookings > Manage Venue > Online Booking > Set-Up Business Hours

If your property offers Hourly and Evening bookings,
Under Business Hours ensure that “Allow Hourly Rates” and “Allow Evening Rates” are both selected.

  1. Click Allocate meeting rooms and enter the rates of your available meeting rooms (ensure the VAT rate is correct before entering any figures)
  2. In Add equipment items, you can enter the rates of any equipment items you offer.
  3. Enter any catering facilities you can offer and their pricing in Choose food & drinks.
  4. Under Payment information connect your account with Bank Transfer.
  5. Take a moment to read through our terms and conditions.
  6. If you are happy with our terms of use, tick the box and select “Go Live“.
