We recently reached out to our customer base and asked them to recommend some improvements we could make to Our bookers all felt we could help them by providing more details around the venue location and meeting room information so they could share this with their attendees. 

So we created Meeting Snapshot

Now when you book online with we will send you a Meeting Snapshot link along with your confirmation email. 

So now you can simply share this link via your email calendar or copy and paste it into your email and send to your meeting attendees. Once they click on the link they will view your Meeting Snapshot including the Venue name, email, address and map as well as the meeting room name along with coffee breaks and lunch details!
